How does the dog subscription box work?
1. Choose your box type and subscribe.
2. We'll take payment for the first box straight away, all subsequent boxes will be charged on the 1st of each month.
3. Your box will be despatched on the 13th of every month or the next working day.
4. There is no contract. Cancel any time, for any reason.
How soon will I get the natural dog treats subscription box to my UK address?
All boxes are despatched on the 13th of each month, or the next working day.
We will make every effort to get your first order to you as soon as possible, but this is subject to availability.
What dog treats monthly subscription box types are available?
There are three types of boxes you can subscribe to:
1. PUPPY BOX – A great starter box for puppies. Perfect for smaller dogs or dogs that need softer chews.
2. CLASSIC BOX - A fantastic selection of the best treats and chews suitable for most dogs.
3. DELUXE BOX – A box that’s best suited to dogs that love to chew. Includes premium long-lasting treats and chews.
What treats are included in the boxes?
All the treats at Dog Treat Boutique are UK sourced, 100% natural and contain no fillers, additives, preservatives or chemicals.
We have an extensive, ever-growing selection of natural treats. Only the finest of these will be included in the subscription boxes.
What is the postage and packing process for my monthly dog treat subscription?
All boxes will be sent out using Royal Mail 48.
Postage is charged at the Royal Mail base cost of £2.90.
The packages are approximately 26x26cm and will not fit through a normal letterbox.
How do I cancel my dog treat box subscription in the UK?
Cancelling is easy. You may cancel at any time for any reason. To cancel, you’ll need to log into your account and follow the process.
In order to avoid receiving your next scheduled box delivery, you need to cancel prior to the payment being taken on the 1st. Cancelling after the 1st of the month means your last delivery will be on the 13th of that month and cancelled after that.
