Liver Brownies

Most dogs will go crazy for liver treats, not only is liver packed full of important nutrients, the smell and taste are irresistible to dogs! This recipe uses only 4 ingredients and is simple to make.

PLEASE NOTE

1. Always supervise dogs when feeding treats and make sure they have plenty of fresh water available

2. Please reduce amount of kibble given in proportion to treats given

250 g Chicken liver
100 g Coconut flour
1 egg
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180C (160 fan), gas mark 4.5
Add the liver, egg and oil into a blender and blend until smooth
Add the flour and mix thoroughly by hand or in a food mixer
Grease the baking dish/cake tin
Lay the mixture into the dish approximately 1 inch thick
Cook for 30 mins
Allow to cool before removing

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days
Suitable for freezing
Defrost thoroughly before using
